Does my data go to the cloud?
Only if you chose a cloud model. With a local model, data never leaves your machine.
Which systems does it run on?

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Doka is useful for anyone who works with files and documents — see use cases. Programmers get value from it too, but it's not a requirement.
Can I connect my own tools?
Yes, through MCP — the standard way to give an agent access to external tools and data.
How is Doka different from a browser chat?
A chat answers in text. Doka acts on your computer: sees files, runs commands, carries a task through to a result. More on that in the article on desktop agents.
